Are you looking to sell you Love 7????
Well I'll be honest and I believe JimiD can back me up here, but my wrist hurts and tires rather quickly whilst playing the JP neck..now my other 7 has a huge neck and this has never bothered me before...when I play my SUB it plays so effortlessly. So I'm ging to spend a week or so playing only one guitar, then a week playing the other, and if I can, without a doubt, confirm my suspicians, then I have no choice really. I know I may sound like a hypocrite, but I can't help getting old...

Takes a day or two for the "confusion factor" to subside. After that, the trick is learning to use the 7th string, which is pretty much beyond me so far.... At least I can play 6 string on it no problem. :)

exactly..once I got past thinking the B string was the E string (why doesn't a G shape sound right here? lol), I didn't have a clue how to incorporate the seventh string other than to churn out the same ole mumbo jumbo everyone else does..

so I'll stick to six string =D

Well I play my seven like a six, same bar chord/blues chord positions, just lower in tone, I don't really think of it as a seven but a tuned down six (way down) with the ability to play all of the higher notes a tuned down guitar can't. I don't chug cause I can't...I tried but it's not in me. Perhaps I adapted quite easily to the seven because I play licks (well screw around with leads)rather than chords...like a thin white BB King (without the talent) if you will.
