Hello everyone!

I'm new to the forum and to Music Man guitars. I recently bought a 2009 Music Man 25th Anniversary model and I'm really enjoying it. However, I'm starting to question whether I might have paid too much. I’m not very familiar with Music Man guitar pricing yet, but I’ve noticed that the two 25th Anniversary guitars currently listed on Reverb are about $600-$700 cheaper than what I paid. Of course, those aren’t BFR models like mine, and my guitar is in like-new condition. I’ve checked sold listings but haven’t found any BFR models to compare with. I’m still within the return period, so I can return it if needed. Do you think $2300 is a fair price for this guitar? Thanks for the help!

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I’m starting to wonder if I did pay too much and everyone is just being too polite to mention it. 😂 I really do love the guitar, and since they seem to be quite rare, I’m probably going to hold onto it.

Look up. Waaaaay up.
Question is "Is it worth $2300 to you?" Are you satisfied with the purchase? Was the price within your comfort zone? Buyer's Remorse? Do you get bored of guitars and wonder if you'll be able to sell it for purchase price or even higher?

If you love it, but question the price, you said you could still return it. Will a different, less expensive one have the same mojo as you one you currently own? Will you love it more because you spent less?

Roll the dice, my friend. However, be comforted in knowing you have purchased a high end guitar for about 1/2 of what Music Man guitars sell for new.

I’m no expert on current prices, but it seems like a fair price for an incredible guitar. Again, if you like it don’t sweat the final price. If you’re not satisfied, return it.
