I just purchased the Favored Nations reissue of Steve Lukather's "Santamental" CD.

On the back cover, there are 3 little elves engaged in various activites. The first elf is tobogganing, and the face seems *very* familiar. In fact, it could be used as a certain person's avatar come December!

I'm talking about BP himself. In addition to liner notes thanking him and each of his family members, BP's mug is tacked onto said elf riding a sled.

I just thought I'd mention it, 'cause I didn't expect to see such a thing and it made me laugh!

Almost time to break out my copy, along with merry axemas and Mr. Hankey's Christmas album (a true classic).

Glenn,

I don't know what was on the prior release... but I'd venture a guess that the same tunes are on this package. I think it's just a matter of the disc being on Vai's label now.
