I came here not long ago, with a SBMM bass, hoping to be be a part of this forum. Though I wasn't a black sheep for not owning an EBMM, I still felt the desire to take it all the way. Last week I received my American made bass, and look forward to getting to know it better this weekend.
I have owned tons of music equipment over the years, much of it (primarily guitars) I never got proficient with, but I can say very honestly, that there is an atmosphere with the Ernie Ball company that I have never experienced before in my life. Sonor drums was my passion for decades, and even when I was an upper level dealer, I never felt the same connection. And despite the changes with many other companies, people aren't on here complaining that they don't make Music Man products like they used to, or anything of the sort.
This forum, and the company's customer support staff have been very cordial and professional. I intend to be a customer for a very long time.
