This may be blasphemy to some, but I'll give the nod to Derek over Duane any day!

Duane was great (RIP), but Derek is so much more accomplished...and still developing!

I have been saying that for a while too...Derek is the man, but who knows what Duane would sound like had he not died...

That very though was on my mind when I posted that last bit, but I still think that Derek is a special breed of guitar player.

Yeah! I saw Ben back in '94 with Luscious Jackson opening in a small venue in San Diego. A great show by both bands!

Ben definitely had a cool slide thing going on with that dulcimer (I think that's what they call it). Whatever, it grooved big time!
