Thanks so much for all you do for us in the music side as well as on the smoker side as well.

Last year a co-worker and i decided to make it an anual tradation of making fatties for our office and it was such a big hit were going to do it again this year.

My Co-Worker and I went shopping today at lunch and will begin the preperation tomorrow after work. We're making two this year and the buzz around the office is starting to build as such events are highly loved.

This is a little something we're going to put in front of the plate prior to making the accouncement that it's READY!!!

‘Twas the night before Christmas Break and all through the house
not a Server was working not even a mouse
We’re all in the kitchen cooking with care
Preparing a Fatty for all of us to Share

The Lattice of Bacon Carefully Weaved
Followed by, Sausage, Tortillas, Eggs and Cheese
Covered in Brown Sugar then caramelized
Cut carefully into pieces right before our eyes

Orange Juice, Biscuits there on the side
Eat too much and it sticks to the behind
It's a small gift from us just for you
If you have a heart attack PLEASE DON’T SUE
