few S.U.B. questions

I always wanted to get a Stingray ever since I started playing bass, but now since I see there is an affordable take on it, I would be willing to settle with it.

Does the S.U.B. include a hardshell case like the Stingray?
Does in have that same classic Stingray twang?
What would probably be the running price of one at a place like Musicians Friend or Guitar Center?

Also one question about Stingrays. I heard that Ernie Bal is droppping the prices of Stingrays because their sales are down. Is this true, or is this now the place to ask?

Hi! Do all Stingrays come with a hardcase?? I didn't get one with mine!! Could this be becasue it bought it back in 97 and in Manchester Uk?
