Hey there,

so as some of you may know I have 2007LE JP signature model and since I got it in November 2007, I've been in deep love. Until like week ago I had been tuning my guitar to D standard and it'd been always amazing. BUT it all changed a week ago...

I decided to get back to E standard. I took 9-42 RPS and re-set the tension, string height and intonation (which is so easy and fun to do)...and that's when it all started to happen...

THIS WAS THE BEST THING I COULD EVER DO. This guitar is so perfect in E. It was great in D, but now it just rocks things around. My very first impression was: the sound coming out of my guitar is so melodic, equal and strong...

I'm still amazed, this is the perfect guitar. If you, reader, still think about getting one of these guitars, let me just say that: You will love it! Every single piece of it and every single note played on this instrument. Only bad thing about it is that you will not be able to lower your expectations. In other words even if you take other, well known and recommended guitar you will find out that what you are trying to find in it is exactly what you have on your EBMM. I think that for some EBMM is an ultimate choice. Basically because there are no better instruments on planet Earth :)

EBMM Team and Familly (also all the users here): Thank you once again for making those great instruments! Thank you for making my dreams come true.

Best wishes from Poland,
Yours,
Mike

Nice review!

I am looking forward to my JP6 more than any guitar guitar I've ever ordered. I will be posting my feelings about it too, believe me. :)

That's great news! I remember your battle and all that waiting for the left-handed version of JP! Now I'm looking forward for your impressions and thoughts! In the meantime I'm looking for a job to be able to order BFR or standard 7 string.

best,
Mike

I have to agree. The JP is perfection in a guitar! Even if it did not have JP's signature on the headstock i would still feel the same way about it. It is the guitar I would design given the opportunity. Every feature is perfect! I've not found a guitar I like more than my simplistic Mystic Dream JP with only a matching headstock...

Standard is the tuning I mainly play in, but the guitar sounds equally impressive in drop D!
