..hello fellow forumites..

..having gone through a few changes i think i really have found the perfect couple..;-)

..being the owner of a 1992 silo since 1992 i recently found a second silo that was built just a week later in february 1992 on ebay..so now i have two silos that maybe arrived at the distributor for austria and germany 16 years ago in the same big box..

..some kind of family gathering i guess..

..so just for the records..

..for the last 16 years i have owned this:

..and i sold a gibson les paul standard in black (without any regrets) to get this:

..but i was not that familiar with the neck (and the seventh string as it always reminded me of my limited skills), so i sold it to get this:

..this was the perfect rock guitar with ultracool finish and ultracool sound and it was really fine but i disliked the missing cutaway for the resting of the right arm (also i am a fan of floating tremolos), but i really would have liked to keep it if there had not been the silo sister to my good ole silo, so i am currently selling the ass on da austrian bay and have won this one yesterday:

..there are dreams that come back every night and that are haunting me as i have to dream the same dream every night that shows me what i have posessed and what i have given away...but i have to eat and to drink anyway so there was no way to keep all of them..;-)

..but it really makes me happy to have a home for this brotherly (or sisterly) couple:

..thanks for your patience...;-)))

..ps: i know i have to edit my signature !

Schwiiing!!!! Wow, that is an incredible pair of guitars. Two of the best finishes that EB has ever done. Congrats!

Wow that is one sweet Silo!!! Trans white, maple board, tortoise pickguard... I would have sold the rosewood Axis for that as well!

When I get in an '80's mood I really miss my old Floyded guitars - and seing your Silos truly fuels that retro GAS in a big way.

Hmm... a floating Floyd Silo in some obnoxious colour BP doesn't like - that would make for a decidedly cool Ltd Forum Edition :p Nah, I'd better leave the creative thinking to BP, Dargin and the rest of the guys (and gals) - they still have quite a few wicked ideas up their respective sleaves, I'm sure.

fabulous trans white

..thanks, BP..

..i think EBMM definitely lacks the option of having a floating trem on this or that model in addition to the petrucci trem..

..also...pleeeeease bring back the trans white to some of the models..

..but the most important: thx for building these great instruments and thanks for giving us the opportunity to be here..this is the finest forum i have ever been into..
