Well, just picked up this beauty...and of course had to add the mirror pickguard.

Unfortunately, I think the previous owner, of the Sterling I had for 4 days, messed up the truss. I don't want to force things, and I could barely turn the truss from day one... and with the dug-in fierce buckle rash it had, it was returned. :(

I've forgotten it already...behold...:D

Like it, such a different look with the mirror PG. Talk about changing PGs with paper and scissors, any colored stage light or variations of stage lighting changing will give you a constantly changing PG!!!!

Gloss Black and a mirror pickguard is a great look. Very subtle. ;)

I have a bass that's black, chrome, lipstick pickups and a mirrored guard, but it's not MM. Always gets a great reaction when I pull it out.

Can you imagine a Big Al in black with a mirrored guard? I wonder how it'd look on my 5H white Big Al...Hmmm.......

uh oh.

Looks bada$$! I wonder how a Stingray 5 would look with a mirror PG. Anyone have one?

Never really thought of it...the only downfall/con is that mirror pickguards get dirty VERY easily.
Dang that's nice
Thanks!!
Wow, very nice!

Back to the Roots!
Absolutely...It sounded GREAT at last night's practice.
Can't go wrong with that one! :D
Thanks Oli.

Wow - nice one. So you're back to single H goodness ;)
Yeah, I figure....I'm a simple man....My Sterling is an HS, so that has all the bells and whistles. The other basses I own by a different manufacturer are both passive...so I do prefer a simple set up.
Nothing like going home is there Rog? Looks B*tchin"!!!
Thanks Steve....yep, looks like yours doesn't it? :)
Black bass, mirror plate, the only way to go for me :) nice mate
I know what you mean...I have a tattoo of Phil on my back, and Thin Lizzy tattooed accross the back of my upper arm.
