Hey guys, just had to tell u the great news i just ordered my second ball today!!!!! Should take 3-4 months but well worth the wait. Ordered a carbon blue pearl luke with piezo and matching headstock. Can't wait to take some pics next to my pearl redburst jpm it was lonely.....Anyway thx to u guys the wait will go by alot faster i hope lol. Once it's in i'll post a ton of shots.....

we are a dealer where i work.....my boss is at namm...i told him to order me one......don't know the price yet...

Nice I'm expecting the same to arrive in the next few weeks, though mine is sans piezo. I tried to get it added to the order at a late stage after Keith pestering me , but it was too late. When it arrives I'll be posting piccies so you can have a look and see what yours will be like

Does the piezo bridge have as much an effect on the sound as it does on the Axis SS? I played two Axi back to back the other day and the piezo equipped one sounded more mid boosted but had less top end when played as a straight electric. The piezo did sound gorgeous through a little Marshall acoustic amp, but I think I'll leave the piezo off the Axis I'm ordering later in the year. It just sounded less like an Axis to me. Not sure how that comparison would work on a Luke.

Yeah, I can sense a slight difference in tone between the 2 jacks on my piezo guitars for the electric pickups (which work with either jack).

It was described by the techies at ebmm as a capacitor-resistence issue on several threads a while back.

Carbon blue with piezo will be nice! The piezo would add a perfect touch for a song written especially for a son (ouch...private joke there lukejp).

Pickup selection 1 or 2 through some of my custom GT6 patches will do the job Keith, don't worry And the AVT 150 acoustic sim channel through simulated output is rather lovely as well
