Takamine LTD, '90 or '91 if I remember correctly.

EDIT: After some checking, the 6'er is the 25th Anniversery Edition (EF25) and the first of the LTD series issued in 1987.

The 12 string is a Takamine. I don't have the model number off hand but its a jumbo cutaway with really nice flame maple sides and back.
