Hello all,
I have been a long-time Ibanez player (over 20 years) but really haven't been that impressed with the models they have producing lately. Being a JP fan and since his Ibanez JP model plays so well, I figured I'd have a look at EBMM. I stumbled across this site and have been more than impressed with the way BP and all at EBMM interact with this forum and really take care of their customers. That being said, I stumbled on a bargain on ebay last week and it was waiting for me after I came home from work (a bad day at work) on Friday -- Nothing like a new guitar to turn a bad day around. Anyway, enough of my rambling. I have been here long enough to know that a guitar doesn't exist without pictures so here they are. (I would have posted them sooner but the guitar plays so well that it's hard to put down!)
Next on my wish list is a Petrucci BFR Bahama Blueburst with a quilt top!

nice guitar man. if you don't mind my asking, how much of a bargain was it? i haven't been able to find inexpensive JP's anywhere that aren't broken.

I've never seen a Pearl Redburst look so sweet. Congrats!

Thanks everyone! I agree - the photos really don't capture how great Pearl Redburst looks in person. It really plays great too! I definitely have a severe case of GAS now!!

It's not really a Marshall. My Dad actually made that cabinet for me in 1985. I originally had a Hiwatt plate on it to match the Hiwatt head I had at the time but when I sold it and got a Marshall I changed it to a Marshall logo. I would change it to a Mesa logo but it matches the real Marshall cabinet that I have.
