OMG! Took the new axis ss out last night, and it was INCREDIBLE...I have been playing a carvin carved top (PRS style guitar) for the last few years, and it stayed in the stand all night. Last night, a friend of mine (who is one of the best country/rock players in Charleston) came out and played some songs with us. He kept saying that it was the best playing guitar he had ever played and that he HAD to get one!

I can't say enough about how inspiring the neck and tones are with this guitar. I tuned it up in the beginning of the gig, and never touched the tuning machines again the whole night. I was using the trem bar quite a bit.

GUSH GUSH GUSH....BLAH BLAH BLAH...you get the picture.

later,
JB

I will hopefully be gigging with my Axis's soon.
Haven't got my Super Sport setup for bar but guys in band always remark how I don't have to tune up often. In fact I traveled to practice the other week and the guitar was still in perfect tune when I got there. heh.
