Question first time owner of a bfr roasted maple music man

I bought my first musicman guitar and I'm lovin it. I'm just trying to figure out how to use the two cable plug ins for the piezo mono and the magnetic sterio. I also bought a 100 watt mkll line 6 amp head with only 1 place to plug my guitar into. I feel dumb asking this but is there a spliced cable that can be used or do I have to have a second instrument plug in location? This is all new to me.
