Nice guitar! Nice amp! Haven't tried the Z-28, but man...the Stang Ray that's sitting in one of the guitar shops around here is awesome!

Thank you - they are the my current faves. If you get a chance, try the z-28. While it is 'only' 22 watts - it rocks when set wide-open I thought about a Stang Ray, but prefer the 28 and the Carmen Ghia.

Yeah. I'll check out the Z-28 next time I'm in that store. The Stang Ray is just a little bit more accessible, but I'll make the extra effort to get at the Z-28 next time.
