Hello all, I just wrapped up my first weekend playing in a new eight piece horn band with my also new Sterling HS. All went well, my shoulder feels great, fingers aren't too sore and had a generally wonderful time. Also had a good friend who is a bass player come out for support, and he gave me some EQ advice from the crowd. He was very helpful indeed as I needed a little boost in the mid and treble regions to cut through a little more-as most of you know-it's very difficult to get a read on what's happening tone-wise in the room. Wanted to send a shout out to whomever was behind the development of this Sterling bass-it's truly the nicest instrument, I've ever had the pleasure to play. I feel very blessed just to have something so nice! -Fish

Welcome to the club of happy MM players. Nothing like the after gig high you get while playing one.

Cool. Natural/maple/tort Sterling HS....that does sound like a real beauty.

The Sterling HS I got to play sounded really good.

Congrats and welcome!

nice to have the in crowd support helping you cut through. I had to spend money on a wireless for that. Anyway Sterlings are great basses, as are all the MM models. Enjoy!
