Ironic... I actually thought of VADM Konetzni when i ordered my Big AL. He did quite a lot of work enhancing the living conditions of Enlisted Navy Sailors in the submarine fleet, making it mandatory that everyone receives a barrarcks room and is not required to live onboard while in port. Great leader in the Navy. Sad day when he retired. JOSH
