Tommy, yah this place is really good to deal with. I got my Silver sparkle Axis Sport from them.

I noticed a lot of places cleaning house on EBMM's lately. Must be time for to order a new stock of the ultimate guitar on the planet!!!! Oh sorry lost myself there.

I noticed a RARE Burnt Apple Axis that looks almost new, a Black Sparkle Axis with MM90's and Silhouette couple of these. Though the prices were like new, a bit too high from where I'm sitting.

Later, Glenn |B)

Yeah saw this last night as it was posted. I just bought a Wolfgang a few weeks ago but $849!! Told myself if it was still there this morning, I'd grab it.

That black/flamed maple morse will go nicely with my black/flamed maple Stingray 4 :)

Is that the BIN price?

$849 was the BIN for the black Morse. Had it been blueburst, I'm sure it would have been higher :)

It's pretty sweet.

I'm with Tommy- if it was a hardtail, I'd be all over it like a fat kid on a smartie :p

Some mild flames on the neck. I never see these- I see some nice birdseye, but I'd love to find a flamed neck sometime!

(But a Morse for under $900 is a great buy, and, well, I have this addiction ...)

Raz I've never played one and if I hate it, you might get another chance :)

I'll post some better pics of the neck along with my SR4. The figuring is subtle in these pics but when trying to bring out woodgrain in a photo, angles are everything. It's all relative I suppose, here is a pic of my Wolfie. Nothing seems to compare to this:

It has birdseye, flames and some even spalting. The fingerboard is cut from the same piece of maple. This is a production guitar btw; not a custom shop model. I'm dying to get my hands on this Morse!

I went there today to buy it, and someone hit the buy it now before I got there.
It was absolutely mint condition with no scratches or dings. All the hardware was mint. I was soooooo pissed.
It did have a flamed maple neck, not a birdseye...
It was set up excellent, and did I mention that I am soooooo pissed...

So if anyone has one in mint condition they want to sell me, let me know. Must have the trem...

Hey Steve-

There is a Black Sparkle with Trem in Toronto at a Long & McQuade. Been there for years (since a Morse clinic a few years ago). Last I heard those guys were willing to make a deal to move it. If you're interested I can shoot you the number. (If you're really interested ... I'm coming to NYC in two weeks and could be a courier :D )

Aw nuts.

Sorry man, last time I was in there they were still looking to make a deal. (I won't rub it in and say how well it played.) Was this the # you called: (416) 588-7886 ? (The Bloor St. location.)

Yep.
The guy said someone just walked in and bought it. He said it was kicking around for about a year and a half...:(
