First impressions are key, right? As I've spent about an hour with it so far. The 2band is well voiced, going from nice, round, and warm to gnarly with just a little treble. Whith both pots dimed, you get that classic sterling ceramic bite, I have no other way to describe it, but it's the same basic cut-thru tone you would expect. Didnt have time to play with the mutes, but I can tell that with some flats on it and the mutes engaged, it's going to take on a whole different character. Funkifed! Fit and Finnish are superb, and I am digging the finished neck, much like my roasted bongo. The flamed neck is just gorgeous.
