Floyd on Silo Special

Would it be possible to install a Floyd Rose on my Silo Special without any problems?

But, why? why not get a guitar that already has a Floyd Rose Tremolo?

I love Floyds and Silo Specials so the combination for me would be dynamite. I'd wanted to get an older Silo with a Floyd but I found the necks on the Silos to be a little bit chunkier than the Silo Specials. The SS necks differ slightly and I finally found one that is just right so it's got to be this guitar. Thanks.

I believe that the trem posts for the EBMM trem and the Floyds have different spacings. So You would not really be able to slap the Floyd in there without doing extra instalations and drilling probably. I was looking at this option myself just for fun, and thats what I saw in the measurments. But I am very happy with the MM trem.

You would also have to rout the neck for the locking nut.

It can be done, but it will need some routing and drilling done.
