Well I sold off my Silhouette H-S-H very recently, but I am really missing the HSH set up. I really loved that guitar, but it has a new home with a fellow forumite. Unfortunatly I cant have them all yet and I need money now on top of needing a new amp.

ANYWAY, I will get another Silhouette maybe later this year if things work out the way I have planned them.

I would like to see an ALL Black Silhouette with rosewood and trem and matching headstock. I think this is really what is the classic and classiest of them all. As much as I love all the pearl colors and carbon blues and flamed and quilted tops, black is just perfect in all occasions. I would be interested in possibly having black ice or tort guard on it other than a black guard. I already have some mods in mind, hahaha.

I agree with you, black and white are the best colors on silhouettes. For flashy and burst I'd go for an Axis, or any of the 4-5 stringers.

Here's mine, hardtail with tort. The tremolo arm would have a black tip so it shouldn't look much different. Black pickguard also looked good on the old instrument builder.

Yea that is what I'm talking about!!! I really love dark guitars. That looks very METAL, but it looks very much like JAZZ at the same time.

You wouldn't believe how much jazz this guitar irradiates played straight into the Blues Junior behind it using the neck pickup  The tort pickguard is the jazziest of them all IMO. The only thing that could make it better would be to have 2 less frets to bring the neck pup further up, but then it wouldn't be a shred machine at the same time. This thing can do anything, and it looks cool doing everything.

I'm right there with you! I ordered a Silo Special late last year, went back and forth with Carbon Blue Pearl versus Graphite Pearl versus Lava Pearl, Desert Gold, Rad Red, etc. Settled on CBP, walked into the dealer to order, saw a black Luke on the wall, and changed my order on the spot.

Not a matching headstock (like you want), but I couldn't be happier!
