I'll keep your guitar in mind as I shop, but I'm hoping to find a non-Special Silo, as I need the 24 frets that it offers v. the Special.

It'll be a bit yet-I have to sell my current instrument before I can do anything, and I'm still comparison shopping. Don't wait for me if you need the money, as I'll be taking my time for the forseeable future.

hey pundix, if you decide to get that red JP at GC could you ask them to throw in a couple big guitar shipping boxes? fender size? everytime I go up there they roll there eyes at me... I'll give yah a set a strings or something for your services...I figure if your going to buy something there like that, they will probably kiss your butt and give them to you no probs..........whatyathink?

I've gone in there twice now to buy that luke. It's strange, but at that particular GC every time I go in to buy something they manage to do something that totally ticks me off and I end up not buying. Karma maybe. So, even though I want that guitar the chances of my actually conducting a successful transaction with that place are slim. I never knew before this that I was so hard to get along with. I'm thinking of taking patience classes or something.

What type of Duncan is in the bridge position?

I'm not positive. I've never taken the pickguard off to see for sure, but I think it's either a 59 or a pearly gates. It sounds good.
