I have been playing guitar for @ 34 years and have used Ernie Ball sets almost exclusively on electric for @ 30 years of that span. For the very first time I received a bad set. Here is a pic of the too short .017 (G) string I found while restringing my beloved Peavey T-60. In addition to that issue the high E string .010 gauge broke at the tuner post exactly 1 day into playing the new set. I love Ernie Ball strings and plan to continue using them in the future. I am hoping that maybe I could get a replacement set? Thanks for reading and for your excellent product.

Sincerely,
Pat B.

Contact customer service (see link in my signature below or via the main Ernie Ball website). They'll fix you right up!

BTW, when a string breaks at a contact point, it's usually the fault of the contact point, rather than the string. The high-e string breaking right at the tuning post suggests a sharp edge at the tuning post and should be fixed. It's only a matter of time before it happens again.

YOu know that we try really hard....really hard...as evidenced by thirty years and you got a bad set....a very very friendly hint...Please go to [email protected] is international and very public....we always like to be able to fix problems as rare as they are

Can't do it BP!!

I've been playing too many years to even tell you how many, and I buy my strings #2253 9-42 by the box, not the pack. The first time I open any pack of strings from my box and find that they are not perfect (like every one before that)
I am going to intentionally post it here!!!
