Not that I believe there IS a guitar forum, but:

Lumberjack: "Martini glass inlays would be killer!!! A guy can dream can't he?"

Big Poppa: "...pretty good dreamer...he heehhh ehhhhhhh."

I think at least one secret is out.

Ahhhh man, I'm trying to hold off till the lefty Sterling H/S comes out... My wife made me swear on a stack of Bibles, a big stack, that I wouldn't buy any more basses till the HS Sterlings come out. (And I think she’s contacted BP secretly to make sure they don’t ever come out…) But this Dargie Special run is too fricking cool…. Hold your ears, I’ll be shooting my computer now…

I can just hear my wife now... "You ordered a green bass??? " She runs a hospital you know, if I buy a green bass all my gigs will be at the “Padded Ballroom” at the mental health facility. :(

I thought for a minute there that they were bringing back that color.

I've really been thinking about Baby Blue lately but that isn't and hasn't been a choice.

Oh that blue dawn is pretty.

But this Dargie thing is killing me

Chances of finding a Blue Dawn at a later date = decent

Chances of finding a Dargie's Delight at a later date = good luck

I think the choice is clear.

if that is true, i hope they do something on the fretless, like put one or two at the 12th fret or something, because that is what i was planning on getting

It would appear these Dargie Delights are gonna be heavy on the "martini theme". I'm starting to imagine some scary possiblities. Why not go the whole hog and have pimento-filled olive-shaped knobs?

Can I have bass number 007 please? When I play it you will be both shaken AND stirred!

Well Dave if you want EBMM to go the whole hog, you will have to on stage too! We'll expect to see gig pictures complete with tuxedo, Aston Martin and a Walther PPK! :D

This is completely irrelevant, but I'm currently reading "Live and Let Die." The Bond books are great!

I can't wait for the pics tomorrow.....

blue dawn

lets not go there...

the MM gang are bringing back one dead color for us already. lets not make this experience annoying for them so that every once in a while if/when they decide to be nice and hook us up they don't think back and go "ya, that would be fun but remember last time?"

Hey, I got mentioned on the BASS forum. I feel slightly honored.:D Thanks Bovine. Hey, I thought with all of the martini talk, the martini glass inlays would look cool. And what does BP do? Goes and teases us with that comment. Now I read further in the thread that Blue Dawn might be?, could be? an option. How in the world am I going to choose between the 2. I can't take this anymore. I NEED PICTURES.:D
