Okay, I've spent a couple of weeks with this gorgeous Stingray 4, but I think I'm a Bongo man, at heart.
I've got the Stingray, the hard case, the original black pearl pickguard and a recently acquired b/w/b pickguard. The Stingray is currently set up with Ernie Ball Group III flats.
I believe the body is two piece, and it feels pretty light to me. According to the bathroom scale, it is 9.5-10 lbs. I'll be weighing it on a postal scale later today, so I'll post an accurate reading this afternoon.
What I would really like is a 4, or 5, string Bongo. I would prefer a 4, and I would prefer the H, or SC/H config over H/H, but let me know what you've got. I also might consider a 5 string Stingray, but it would have to be one I simply couldn't resist.
