Yeah, that one's been up there are few times in the last several months - don't think the price has deviated much, if at all.
Hate it when retail stores who sell on eBay insist on clogging up the pipelines by doing that...only thing I can think of is maybe they're not a brick and mortar operation, so it's cheaper to wait for a fish to bite that way rather than to spring for rent on a real storefront.
(Not that it matters much to me anymore, now that I've scored my own like-new AL along with an autographed pic to boot - for less!
