It needs the piezo switch replaced, a new preamp, and the high e saddle is too far forward and I can't bend down on the bar without it rocking on that saddle at the post.

I got a tax return so I should be able to send it in sometime in the next week or so. I seem to recall that Jon is out on Fridays???? Maybe not, I just have that stuck in my head for some reason, but I'll call Monday and give an update. My job search has been killing me.

Also Luke's DVD is amazing, and it looks to me like he's playing a Purple Luke!

Sorry to disappoint m8. He uses a dark blue one and a candy red one on that DVD. They're slightly different tunings...E and Eb I think.

Yeah? Oh.

Maybe I'll give it another viewing this weekend. Been several months. Could use the inspiration.

I would watch it but mt Playstation 2 won't play it and my multi region DVD is in the great wastebin in the sky :(

As for this guitar. So the guy has Luke's signature on a back plate cover and a photo of him next to a slightly confused Luke? And no he's selling the guitar that the plate supposedly belonged to for an inflated price? Hmmmm...

As Luke's site says: "You have a blue guitar, you don't play things as they are. Things as they are, are changed on a blue guitar." So any colour is pointless folks ;)

On the Los Lobotomy's dvd, yeah he uses the blue one for Eb, for Hero with a 1000 eyes, and the red, for standard tuning, never walk alone.

Just watched it again last night. Man, some excellent riffs and solos on that bugger.

I think the other guitar is red, but it looks like my purple one quite often with that stage lighting.

I've always loved Lukes whammy technique. He squeezes some beautiful notes out with it.
