Form fitted Hard Shell Case for S.U.B. Ray 4

Is there a form fitted hard shell case for a Sterling by Music Man S.U.B. Ray 4?

I tried a Music Man 5981 and it was too small for the bass.

Will a S.U.B. Ray 4 fit in a Music Man 4980?

A normal stingray case should do the trick.

I keep my walnut satin SUB in an MM stingray hard case, couldn't tell you for the life of me the model number but naturally it fits like a glove. I love my SUB, and still play it despite now investing in a proper MM. It's a totally different beast and for the money they are well built.

I have modded mine though, fitted with an EBMM pup and pre (mate of mine wanted to fit his 98 stingray with Seymour Duncan pickup and Aguilar pre, naturally I encouraged him to do it and snapped his hand off for the originals!!) I've also had the body buffed glossy and the had the coloured lacquer sanded off the neck. Now the neck is down to its unfinished maple and the headstock is glossy. Had the SUB logos printed back on after it was done. It's a nice bass!

Hi, for me the OLP MM2 fits like a stingray, so the 4980 would be the good one .

My US made MM SUB 5 fits like a glove to a Fender bass case.
