hey is it just me or does the bass player come in too early? ie start the progression too soon? seems like it to me, though it doesnt throw tristan off.....

Forum member "Dcareaga" was helping me with a song, and the post below is the final result. (I did a quick copy/paste from the original thread)

6.1.2006- Well, I've been working on it when time allows, and earlier this morning I hooked up the 'Shred Cam' (I built it but didn't name it) and shot a quick video for everyone.

PREFACE:
- You'll need the latest version of Quicktime to view it.
- If you're expecting note-for-note, don't.
- If you're expecting a pro mix, don't. As I move around, the mix changes.
- My fantastic CD player skipped as I was recording. Watch my fingers freak out as I try to find out wherethefrick I'm supposed to be. LOL
- In the background you'll see my old TV that recently died (after 22 years!) resting on the box for the new TV. Trash day is Monday.
- The gear used:

• EB/MM JPM-6 Red Pearlburst w/Tremol-No (unlocked)
• Ernie Ball Slinky strings (9's)
• Shure Wireless
• Line6 Vetta 2 halfstack
• Factory preset: "80's Metal"
• Dunlop Tortex pics (the blue ones)
