Thanks for the update. It's very dry here in the winter as well, so I was watching this thread to see how you made out. I don't have a humidifer for the house, but I do keep the guitars cased when not in use (as you do). I have case humidifiers in with the acoustics. Maybe I should be doing the same for the electrics.

How did you get it so quick? Musta been a week or so when I ordered it.

Brad's in Ohio right next to Pennsylvania where Fret Doctor ships from, so the USPS can actually manage to get it to him in a timely manner, or at least they managed this time. They say most domestic mail arrives in 2-3 days, I'm not sure where they get their figures from though.

Page not found, man. Is that on the Ernie Ball YouTube channel?

That was the forum software modifying my link.
I edited the original it a bit.
Ironically if you click on the link that shows in my reply which you quoted in your response it will work :)

Another Update:

I just went and picked up a 12 gallon whole-house humidifier and set it up in the same room as my guitars. It has a humidity setting on it, so I can monitor the "wetness" of the room. I have it set to keep the room at about 50%-60% humidity. Let's hope this helps better than the little one I had going.

My house could use the moisture anyway, so this was a win/win whether it helps with the guitars or not.
