This is a very special super-rare Black StingRay with rosewood fretboard. EBMM made a limited number of these black basses for 1999, so it must be rare. The number of Black/Black/Rosewood StingRays must surely number in the tens of dozens - be one of the elite few to own one too!
But that's not all, there is a haunted face that peers back at you every time you stare into:
- each of the four tuning pegs
- the back
- the front
- the bridge
Don't accept imitation spooky basses that only have one haunted face! This one has seven! A full eleven if you turn the tuning pegs around! Highest ghost to price ratio you'll see on this forum, or anywhere else.
Act quickly, because there are rumors that EBMM will be discontinuing the StingRay next year to focus all their bass resources on the Sid Vicious Signature Bongo, an exact replica of the one he used to play, with genuine fake blood and gob. This is sure to be a collector's item and double, no make that tentuple in value.
Small Print (not that any of it matters):
3-band EQ, OHSC with all accessories included (incl 1999 Specifications/Catalog). Mine since new, never gigged, home use only and stored in OHSC, dead mint condition except for one small 1/8" indent beside battery component. Recently set up by Bass Northwest in Seattle, stringed with new mid-guage rotos. I'm selling because I've recently bought a Bongo 5HH and SR 5HH.
$750 + shipping + paypal fees, add $250 to remove ghosts
firm at this fair price, open to trades for a Sunburst/Maple SR4H or Silo Bass Guitar
