fuzzy piezo

Hi,

my problem is this. when I'm not playing and the volume is on, I get have a slight distorted noise coming out of the speakers. This is only wen my piezo is selected or combined with the pickups. If I only selct the pickups it's completely quiet.
I have put in a new battery, but it doesn't help. Does anybody have an idea?

I seem to recall this was brought up before. I think the answer was cables. While the guitar will certainly work with 1 mono cable, It works better with two cables or a stereo cable split down the line. What I do is run the piezo directly to the PA mixing board. When it comes to cables all I have to say is George L. You might want to try the Ernie Ball Low Cap cables.

Thanks for your reply, but it just happened last week. Another thing is that I'm using an Sennheiser wireles system...
