Hi, recently I have noticed that my G string on my Bongo 6 string started rattling, so I checked to see if it was fret buzz, and I noticed it just came from the string.

I took it to a tech and he said it was because of the break angle of the G string. And advice me to add another string tree to the headstock.

Is there any easier way to solve this problem? I would hate to add another string tree.

Thanks

Do they provide spare parts? Because it would be great if I could just get another nut.

Yes, if that is the problem. Honestly, the CS team at EBMM is the best in the business. You will actually get to talk to a live person who genuinely cares. They will get you sorted out.

how much string do you have wound on the post? the tapered posts that EBMM uses should ensure that the string is coming from the very bottom of the post, if you use enough wraps.
