GKs are nasty, nasty sounding heads if you ask me. I had the GK-800 for a while, but it was stolen out of my car by the guy I bought it from while I was in the hospital. Pretty low, huh?

Clean, hi-fi, and some say sterile. To me, they have a very slight lack of meat. Thats just my take.

But don't get me wrong. Gallien Krueger amps are my favorite brand. Warm, muddy amps like Ampeg just don't cut it for me.
