This past weekend I went home with my gf to "meet the family"... it was a great trip with lots of great fun, food, and meeting new people. I already think my gf is the greatest woman alive, but she upped the ante this weekend by taking me to the GC in Tulsa completely unannounced and unasked. 
Anyway, of course I immediately cruise back the to the rumble room and find their (sadly) small selections of EBMM's. At first glance I don't see a color combo I really like, then my mind thinks that black SR5 doesn't look right. Turns out it was a rosewood neck... Black with black PG. Just to say I tired it, I grab it off the wall and play around on it through a Markbass rig. Played and sounded great (of course). That was teh first time I had really had the chance to test a LMII head, and I have decided to buy a used one fairly soon. The bass went back on the wall, to be thought about for a while to come....
