"GibsEn" 12 String?

Does anyone know of a guitar brand, Gibsen, (not Gibson). Picked up this 12-string for peanuts in Little Rock in 1984 and didn't notice the inlaid name was GibsEn until 10 years later!! And I thought I had a treasure. I'll dig it out of stg for photos if that might help. Thanks for any help. Dave in KS
