GNX 4 vs POD XT LIVE

Just wondering if any of you have had a chance to compare. I want a model that gives the best sound of course. Do any of you know if the recording features are similiar?

Does anyone have an opinion on the POD 2.0. My local shop has a used one for about $140.00 bucks. I played around with it last night, but did not have enough time to form an opinion.
