"Gold foils" in the St Vincent Goldie.

I am curious about the construction of the "mini humbucker" gold foils in the St Vincent goldie, do you guys know if they are made like mini humbuckers of like firebird pickups?

To the best of my knowledge they are more like Filtertrons. They have Alnico V magnets and in series mode measure 4.9 kΩ.

Mhhh, ok, so more like a traditional mini humbucker construction (as opposed to a firebird where the magnets act also as polepieces) albeit with narrower and spaced coils, but then without the adjustable pole pieces on both coils of the filtertron?

I really like these but I understand MM has no plan to release them as aftermarket parts and I cannot afford a second St Vincent, especially with the crazy prices here in Europe. :-/
