maybe my opinion comes to late, but i would go for a dual H. The mix between the neck and bridge pu's gives a really big sound. I think the SR 5 would be to close to the Bongo 5 single H.

MNF

I'd go for the HH Bongo. Iv'e never played any Bongo's, but the one that seems most interesting and versatile is the HH.
And what's all this talk of what color is nicer? is a musical instrument chosen by its sound or by its looks?? (of course if an instrument looks good them it's a nice extra, but never the most important factor)

Well having played both StingRay 5s in question, and liking the tone of both equally, the color will probably be the deciding factor.

It's all about looks if you're as superficial as I am. :D

I like the Egyptian smoke and SR 5. That would rock.

Hey why vote when your sig says you need an SR 5?

SR5 SR5 SR5 !!!!

I played the Bongo but went with the SR5, the Bongo sounds great! but the sound of the SR5 was Beckoning
