I've been using the Search function for at least an hour+ and gone through pretty much everyone's OH pictures that were posted. I can't seem to find a good picture of De-Purple Burst anywhere (not on the MM site either; actually the Y2D isn't at all).

Help!

I sooo love the look of that guitar. Has Floyd too ... I think I asked this before but don't remember if anyone replied. What is the neck on it like, compared to an Axis? At all similar? Thinner, thicker? I could almost see myself buying one, if I could get one to try out.

I'm either going to do no trem, or get the Floyd and have someone recess route it a bit. I don't like to pull up a lot, but I do like to pull up a little for chord vibratos and stuff. It sounds more natural when you can pull it sharp a tad instead of only flat.

Wonder if having someone recess route it would void my warranty? :p

...well, koogs will back me up; I take a good picture (too bad it's only when I'm behind the camera!) :)

Yeah, it's all about the sunlight...when we took those pics, we were facing the sun direct; natural light works so great for bringing out detail, as in these instances.

I saw this also work well when photographing my BD Silo (shameless guitar plug :D):

(Love it ... feels like the "Beej Y2D" thread!)

Feel the love, brotha...it's only a matter of time until we can no longer dog Fogger.

I'll sign you up as the next target...for what, we'll figure it out. (we can always go for the Canadian factor?) ;)
