I know most of you guys here dig the really nice handmade cabs but after I blew my ampeg SVT15EN I decided to check out craigslist and I found a 6 month old MesaBoogie powerhouse 1000 for $500.00 so I offered the kid my 5yr old SVT 410 Classic and $100.00 and he went for it. anyway me and my band cannot believe the difference this cab sounds especially with the stingrays, its defenitely a step up for me.
the ampeg stuff i guess was decent but when the speaker blew and I could not figure out why it was time to replace them.
on a side note look for a new thread next week or two when I send Maddog the speaker and he tears it apart and tells us why that speaker actually died.
