I didn't get a chance to swing down to Tampa, FL when Luke and the boys were near. I was still recovering from the "Everything's Bigger in Texas Birthday Bash" - including the hangover. Anyway, the new album's great and deserves a superior showing in the states. To that end:
I have excellent contacts with the right channels for booking and promoting my local 10,000 seat arena, 10,000 seat Ampitheater or 3000 seat performance theater. I expect there are other knuckleheads out there like me with the same contacts.
The point of the post is the feasability of initiating a grassroots push among us knuckleheads and lurkers with the capabilities and/or contacts to bring our pal Lucious and TOTO to a place near you. Please keep in mind that TOTO is a business and there must be butts in the seats.
Open Question to Luke / BP or others in the know.
Would Luke and the guys be interested this proposal if the support is there; the USA dates flow correctly and the guarantee/rider costs are met? If so, who's TOTO's agent for the States iron out the business side of this rant?
