It's so funny to see the refusal to accept that fact in the comments on youtube, from the kids who actually thought Cobain wrote it. "Well, Bowie just plods through the words; Kurt gave them true meaning." Oh wait, I know why it must be that you feel that way ... damaged/dormant regions of the brain.

Love it. She's playing almost note for note what Tony Visconti did on the album. In fact the whole arrangement sounds very much like the original where as a lot of Bowies live stuff I've heard tries a different take on the original recordings.

Tony Visconti put in a superb performance on bass on that record but more or less stuck to production for his whole career after that. Though he did play bass on a few of Bowies later recordings.
