Great Customer Service in Germany

I am currently on tour in Europe. At last night's show I expereienced some problems with the output jack on my Bongo. On the way to the next gig we stopped at Musik Produktiv , a Music Man dealer in Ibbenburen, Germany to see if they could help out. Not only did they have the part, but they installed a new one in 20 minutes and sent us on our way to the next show. Can't thank them enough.
If any of you happen to be in that area, check out this store.It is the size of a city block , well stocked and also has a nice cappucino bar.

Oh yeah,
