Everytime I see one posted I get a twinge of desire that has been fanned into full fledged GAS.

I have never even played one! and have only seen one in the flesh for a few minutes (it sold at the MM dealer here in Seoul before I could try it)

between that and a Bongo I think my next two basses are planned (IF I can even get my hands on one when I am ready - moving back to Canada later in the year and am already hauling/shipping a couple basses and a gui*ar back)...although I have a real soft spot for that DD colour as well...sigh.

just thought I would share keep posting them...they are stunning!

WTF!!! That is a $hit load of 30th AV's! Collecting are we??? How about a fretless?

Things got a little out of hand for a bit there (14 at one point). I had a fire sale awhile back to raise funds for my kid's school.

It was nice to make sure some forumites got to experience the finest bass ever made.

Of course I had to keep a few, including a fretless.

Mostly 10.5 to almost 12 pounds. I kept the 9 pounders.

They're so nice but I think that would be a drawback for me. It probably contributes to the tone and sustain though.

That crimson would be a great colour to add to the ones available. I think I read BP say they should revise the colour options soon.
