Guess the Signatures

Hmm, I might have been a little loopy when this bass was signed. I can make out most of them because thankfully I know who was there, but some of them are a bit mysterious.

The bass in question:

Isn't that fun? But now to the hard part. Can you identify the signatures?

Another name that starts with "D".

PHOTO H:

I know the little squiggle, but is that the same writing on 'thanks a million'?
