After 2 months of waiting (even though being told it'd only be a week since EBMM had already finished it and just needed to send it to me ) I will finally have my fully loaded JP musicman with Carbon Blue Pearl finish!!! I will post pics as soon as I drive to UPS to pick it up. I'm so excited!! WOOOO

I only ship FedEx also. I've never had a problem with either but it seems FedEx is cheaper, delivers on Saturday, and is open 24/7 by my house.

Fed-Ex here as well, I think the customer service is much better. Want to pick it up when they missed you at home? No problem, try that with UPS - the answer you'll get is its on the truck with the driver, cant reach them. They'll try again tomorrow, or Monday if they missed you on a Friday. Yes that happened to me with my first Ernie Ball.

Oh yeah, we'll assume what Brent said happened to you (driver could not find your guitar) until we see those pix.
