i must say as far as the 6 strings in the pack go the silo has been the most tempting. never played an HSH - i figure it would be a lot fo fun

Lucky for you both the Silo and the Y2D are HSH

If you want the "in-between" quacky/stratty sounds then I'd grab the Silo. The Morse has it's own thing going on. But to me its single coil is the bomb, especially combined with the bridge humbucker.

why not a silo special, get heavy tones in the bridge and stratty tones in the neck, comfy body and great neck to boot -
