I got home this evening and opened a letter from the bank. For once it put a big smile on my face. I had huge blow up with them a couple of months ago over the way they handled something on my account. I have been with them for over 25 years but recently they have become complete robbing b******s. I made an official complaint and left it at that, it was of course partly my own stupid fault for not being the best at managing money :rolleyes: Anyway to cut a long story short they have decided to pay me back all my bank charges for the last twelve months and the money is already in my account....and I didn't even ask !! What is really GREAT is that it means I don't have to sell any of my Balls to fund my recent 25th ...... ....YEEHAW !! Merry Xmas to me :D
